Many of you may have noticed that this club kind of died because ~iktis and me have been no longer active mods.
I'm very sorry for that and I want to apologize.

~iktis is no longer an active deviant at all and I have far too much to do to keep up my work as a moderator.
Also I have lost my big interest in the Redwall series. It doesn't mean I don't like it anymore but it's not enough to run a place like that for fun.

So one or two new moderators are needed!
We need people who love Redwall and have the time and the will to keep this place updated!

PLEASE REPLY TO THIS ENTRY IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN THE JOB, DO NOT SEND NOTES.

I will check back to this journal in a few days and then decide about the subject.

I really hope many volunteers will reply.

Greetings, Redwall-Fans members!
This is *k1sch talking to you, formerly known as =QueenKichaa.
I want to say a big fat thankyou to all of you who keep this club alive with their artwork submissions and I can promise *iktis and myself will try to be more present as moderators in the future.
Some things changed in our lifes. We're both students at art schools now and our time is even more limited due to that.
But don't worry.
As soo as we can we'll re-arrange the member site and upload all your new drawings

When I was checking the club I noticed many of you still keep on commenting and faving the submissions in the club gallery.
BUT WE DON'T LIKE TO SEE THAT!
Under every new picture submission to the club there's a friendly note which tells you to comment and fave on the original image in the original gallery.
Please do so! If you had an image up here wouldn't you want to gain new comments, views and faves in your _own_ gallery?*

Old: As you know, we have two new administrators, *k1sch and *iktis.
There have been a few touch-ups in the rules and guidelines. Nothing to worry about, but please take the time to read.
The most noticeable change regards the sorting and members levels. From now on, once you join the club, you will be asked to be sorted in either the Goodbeasts or the Villains. Existing members will receive a note asking to choose what they wish to be.
Then, depending on the faction you belong to, you can be a kind guest, dibbun, abbey dweller, elder or recruit, soldier, captain, warlord, depending on how many deviations you submit to the club. Check the Members section for detailed information.
We have many new ideas to keep the club alive and let you interact. Stay tuned!

Joining

Joining is simple. The first and only requisite is that you’ve read at least one book from the Redwall series and enjoyed it. All you need to do then is sending a note to the club asking to join. Please also state in your note if you’d like to be part of the Goodbeasts or the Villains.
Once you’re in you’ll be very welcome if you wish to actively participate by submitting artwork and taking part in contests and activities, that will also gain points to your faction.
It is preferred that you also watch the club so that you won’t miss news and updates.

Submitting

If you wish to submit artwork, poetry, fan fictions, etc. send a note to the club with a link to the picture and a description, if you want a different one. If you don’t send a description, we will use the one in the original picture. Also please state what number your submission is, for example, if this was your third deviation you were submitting to ~Redwall-Fans, you would say: "This is my third deviation."
We will accept fan works of the original book series, tv show, fan-made characters and Redwall-inspired artwork.
Needless to say, we won’t accept submissions with a mature content (that includes excessive violence/gore and explicit sexual themes). In case you didn’t know, DeviantART itself doesn’t allow them.

Levels

There are four levels you can be depending on the number of deviations you submitted to ~Redwall-Fans

If you join and submit no deviations you are:
a Kind Guest [if you belong to the Goodbeasts] or
a Recruit [if you belong to the Villains]

If you submit 1 deviation, you are:
a Dibbun [if you belong to the Goodbeasts] or
a Soldier [if you belong to the Villains]

If you submit 5 deviations, then you are:
an Abbey Dweller [if you belong to the Goodbeasts] or
a Captain [if you belong to the Villains]

If you submit 10 or more deviations you are:
an Elder [if you belong to the Goodbeasts] or
a Warlord [if you belong to the Villains]

Please hang in there a little more while we go through all the requests of joining and art submissions that have queued in this long time of inactivity. Allow us a few days to re-arrange this place and we'll soon be back and kickin' and make this club active.
We'll post a new journal and write again all the guidelines and rules once the old works are sorted out.
